Residents in Bath are being invited to the latest in a series of Community Conversations events to hear about local services and share their views about what matters most to them.
The events being held by Bath & North East Somerset Council are informal drop in sessions at local venues and form part of the Connecting Communities programme, which includes Area Forums for the Chew Valley, Keynsham, Somer Valley and Bathavon areas.
Partner organisations from the Community Wellbeing Hub, police and fire services, as well as social housing provider Curo are involved in the programme and will be present at some of the sessions.
Councillor Manda Rigby, cabinet member for Communications and Community, said: “We want to make it easy for people to talk to the council and share what matters most in your community. Our Community Conversations are a great way of finding out what’s happening in your area. It also gives us the opportunity to document any concerns related to council matters that are brought to our attention.
“We are committed to listening to residents and working collaboratively to improve local services and people’s wellbeing. Whether it’s a question, a concern, or an idea, we’re here to listen - please join us.”
