Families are in for a treat this summer at The Roman Baths and Victoria Art Gallery, with a packed programme of exciting activities and events to enjoy throughout the school holidays.

Young explorers can dig for hidden treasures in an archaeological trench at The Roman Baths, enjoy an ice cream beside the Great Bath, discover the new The Lost Spells exhibition at Victoria Art Gallery, or get hands-on with creative crafts inspired by nature and history.

Councillor Paul Roper, Cabinet Member for Economic and Cultural Sustainable Development at Bath & North East Somerset Council, said:

“This summer, we’re inviting families to enjoy Bath’s rich heritage and vibrant culture – whether it’s unearthing Roman artefacts, crafting nature-inspired art, or simply enjoying an ice cream next to the unique setting of the Great Bath. And don’t forget – local residents can enjoy free entry to both venues with a Discovery Card, making these activities a brilliant, affordable option over the summer.”

Please visit the museum websites for dates and times of each activity: www.romanbaths.co.ukwww.victoriagal.org.uk
