Residents are invited to hear about projects in the Chew Valley at its Area Forum meeting on 22 February.
The issue of recent flooding will be discussed alongside updates on local climate and nature projects from the council, Avon Needs Trees, Bristol Avon Rivers Trust and the Chew Valley Nature Recovery Network.
The fire service will join the discussion if operational duties allow and there will be written updates from the police on what’s happening in the area.

Councillor Heather Clewett, Chair of the Chew Valley Area Forum, said: “This is the Forum’s first meeting of 2024 and there are lots of exciting developments on climate and nature related projects to discuss. The Forum meetings are open to the public and we would be delighted to welcome any interested residents. They will have an opportunity to ask questions, give their views or just listen.”
