The event will be opened by Councillor Paul Roper, Bath & North East Somerset cabinet member for Economic and Cultural Sustainable Development.
Employers and individuals are encouraged to go along and find ways to support workers to retain, reskill and for those considering retirement advice will be on hand to help with the transition to leaving work.
There will be number of local businesses and organisations attending including Brave Starts, RUH, Cool Ventures, Bath College, Jobcentre Plus, Curo, Unividual, Bath University, Future Bright and the Employment & Skills Pod.
Councillor Roper said: “I’d encourage both employers and employees to go along and find out about planning for the next stage of employment to make sure it is a healthy and happy one.
