Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Climate Emergency and Sustainability Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel has today (July 29) reviewed a Single Member Decision (SMD) taken on July 2 by Councillor Mark Elliott, cabinet member for Resources, and dismissed a call-in by nine councillors for it to be reconsidered.
Five panel members voted for the call-in to be dismissed with two against and one abstention. The webcast of the meeting can be viewed on the council's YouTube channel.
